I design and deliver creative sessions that unlock potential, build skills and confidence and create genuine connections through storytelling. For curriculum-linked educational workshops, community engagement activities, or impactful comms skills training, I bring over 15 years of experience of empowering people through creativity.

What I do

Workshop Facilitation

I create and deliver workshops in storytelling and comedy for all ages and backgrounds. My approach is inclusive, responsive, and designed to meet participants where they are at. I take a flexible approach to my workshops and aim to empower all groups to connect with their own creativity.

Communication skills training

I support businesses and public sector services with their communication skills training. Involving forum theatre, hot seating and acting roleplay. I have a deep understanding of the complexities of communication from customer facing roles to leadership levels. I always lead sessions with empathy and understanding and humour as I feel we learn better when we enjoy ourselves and feel heard.
