I am a Bristolian comedy writer/performer, a storyteller and a creative facilitator based in Salford.

As a writer and performer, I created two comedy stage shows 'Pamela DeMenthe Sticky Digits' and 'Pamela DeMenthe eVULVAution' supported by Arts Council England and The Lowry Theatre and have toured Edinburgh Fringe, throughout UK theatres and Perth Fringe, Australia. I was a 'Developed with The Lowry Artsits in 2019 and continue to work with the theatre. I have also Co-written a TV pilot script with Therese Plaehn and US company Pretty Good Friends which is development and was shortlisted for the BBC Comedy Cohort 2023. I trained as an Actor at the Arden School of Theatre 2007 and have worked in Theatre, film and TV as well as a performance storyteller in Libraries, and cultural and educational settings. 

As a creative facilitator I have created workshops in Storytelling and comedy. I have delivered sessions with clients such as the NHS northwest alliance, The Lowry Theatre adult education program and Manchester Met Drama society.

I am also a highly skilled communication skills actor and facilitator; providing leadership training, management coaching and developing empathy and understanding and enhancing customer service skills.
