Facilitation

I have over 15 years of experience facilitating workshops; from creative sessions in both storytelling, drama and comedy for young people and adults as well as combining acting facilitating for communication skills for a range of industries. Including; Business customer service skills training, Business leadership development, NHS empathy communication skills training, police training, as well as acting in many corporate training films.

I was also a facilitator with the BBC Academy between 2015-18, running creative and fun radio drama sessions for new staff members.

Communication skills training

I have worked extensively in supporting businesses and public sector services with their communication skills training. This has involved forum theatre and acting roleplay. I have worked in a huge variety of financial, insurance, and transport sectors and have a deep understanding of some of the issues encountered in customer facing services as well as the complexities of communication at a senior level. I always lead sessions with empathy and understanding and humour as I feel we learn better when we enjoy ourselves and feel heard.

I work with many fantastic training companies, facilitating and using acting to bring to life the message as part of the events.
